Hezký den, Anastasia,
mám důležitou informaci k Vašemu vystoupení.
Je docela pravděpodobné, že v programu dojde k celkovému posunu o cca 2 hodiny vpřed.
Vaše vystoupení by bylo o dvě hodiny dříve. Je to v pořádku? Jinak se nic nemění.
Předpokládám, že přijedete dříve na program, ale raději se ujišťuji, že by to nebyl problém:

We encourage our current players to learn new instruments!
Each section will have dedicated leader, the rest will practice their new instrument.
The structure of rehearsal will be 7:00 - door open, 7:30 - lesson for beginners starts, 8:30 - standard rehearsal starts, 9:45 - finish the standard rehearsal.
We need to fix the instruments in advance.
The minimum set will be Batala Hey, Raca Humana, Funky - so our players should know all instruments of these songs.
